Price guides are useful starting points, but they’re not settlement prices. Real money changing hands on eBay—especially the sold median—tells us where buyers and sellers actually meet. Guides can lag when supply floods in, when nostalgia flares up, or when a cover or creator heats or cools. The result: gaps.
