Avengers: Armageddon No. 1 (Stegman Cover) jumped 566.67% to $40, leading a broad green week. Silver Surfer No. 12 and Ice Cream Man No. 1 also ran hot.
Plenty of green on the screens this week as modern heat and Bronze/ Copper stalwarts moved in tandem. A new Marvel event book lit the fuse, a cult Image debut kept pace, and a couple of evergreen keys reminded everyone why “firsts” still matter. Convention season can goose activity, but even with that backdrop the size of some of these percentage moves suggests concentrated spec rather than a slow, organic climb.
